Welcome to the Employee Relations section of Human Resources.  The role of Employee Relations is predominately advisory in providing guidance and counsel regarding workplace concerns for A&P (non-unit), USPS, and OPS (non-faculty) employees.  Employee Relations provides advice in accordance with appropriate collective bargaining agreements, university personnel regulations and policies to promote awareness and compliance.  We are committed in ensuring employees understand their rights and responsibilities to support an engaging and productive work experience.
