HCM Feature Releases
Technology is always changing, and HRIS continually works to update our functionality as improvements are made. Since going live with UCF Rising, we have received many requests for new and updated reports within PeopleSoft HCM. Each new report and technology change will affect specific security roles, so you may or may not be in a targeted audience when a roll out is complete.
As features are released the cumulative documents referenced here will be updated.

Registration for the above mentioned Webcourses can be completed via myUCF, under Employee Self Service > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment.
New Roles
To request security to the new functionality (only the roles described here). Please use the new HCM Security Request Form. The form can be downloaded, completed, printed and signed, or downloaded, completed and signed with the Adobe Acrobat signature function. All completed forms should be submitted to HRIS@ucf.edu.
