Total Rewards Calculator

The University of Central Florida is pleased to provide you with a wide range of competitive benefits that are a part of your total compensation. You have an impressive selection of benefits to choose from and we hope this tool will help you get a glimpse of some of the benefits that make up your total rewards package at UCF.

To receive a customized calculation of your compensation package, choose the relevant designations and benefits from the options provided below:

  • Based on the options selected, this tool offers prospective and current employees an estimate of total compensation solely for the purpose of illustration. It should be noted that the actual total compensation value may differ from the estimated amount. Prospective employees should not assume that this tool guarantees any benefits or constitutes as an offer of employment with UCF.
  • FRS Pension Plan retirement benefits are calculated with a formula based on years of service and salary, not contributions.
  • All employees must contribute 3% of their gross salary each pay period to a retirement plan, regardless of which plan they are participating in.
  • Benefits listed are not inclusive of all benefits offered by the University. Please visit our Benefits page for more information.
