Natalia Giron – April 2019
Please join UCF Human Resources in congratulating the USPS Employee of the Month (EOM) for April 2019: Natalia Giron. Natalia is an Admissions Specialist in International Student and Scholar Services in UCF Global. She has worked at the University since August 2013. Her nominators had this to say about her:
“Natalia is highly dependable with exemplary work ethic. Her multiple qualities in areas of customer service, organization and leadership skills are invaluable to the International Student and Scholar Services team and UCF Global. She demonstrates a high level of professionalism and conscientiousness in her work to ensure that immigration documents are always issued by the deadline. She constantly contributes her ideas to optimize workflow, create efficiencies and improve the experience for students.
During a recent UCF Global campaign, Natalia gave the following testimonial ‘I know there is somebody on the other side of the world waiting to hear from me.’ She believes in UCF’s promise to attract and cultivate exceptional diverse students.”
As USPS Employee of the Month, Natalia receives a $200 cash award, $25 from UCF Business Services and UCF Bookstore, her name in lights on the UCF campus marquee, and an introduction to the Board of Trustees. She is now eligible for the USPS Employee of the Year $2,500 award, announced at the UCF Annual Awards Program.
