Christine Rivera
Please join UCF Human Resources in congratulating the newest USPS Employee of the Month (EOM) for June 2019: Christine Rivera. Christine is an Administrative Assistant in Academic Services in the College of Undergraduate Studies. Her nominators, Juanita Sembrano and Dr. Keisha Hoerrner had this to say about her:
“Christine’s performance is aligned with the University’s goal of offering our students unique experiences and the best undergraduate education available in Florida. She uses her exceptional people skills to provide confidentiality, support, knowledge and a positive experience to the students and their parents during difficult situations.”
“Christine illustrates UCF’s commitment to innovation. She is a ‘yes, let’s figure out a better way’ individual, who is constantly striving for improvement. She works collaboratively with her peers, understand the centrality of partnership, and develops innovative solutions to better serve our students. She is a key asset to Academic Services.”
As USPS Employee of the Month, Christine receives a $200 cash award, $25 from UCF Business Services and UCF Bookstore, her name in lights on the UCF campus marquee, and an introduction to the Board of Trustees. She is now eligible for the USPS Employee of the Year $2,500 award, announced at the UCF Annual Awards Program.
