Aristotle Fidel Fernandez – November 2018
Please join UCF Human Resources in congratulating the newest USPS Employee of the Month (EOM) for November 2018: Aristotle Fidel Fernandez. Mr. Fernandez is the Senior Clerk at the Postal Services Operations in Facilities. He has worked for UCF since December 1995 – 23 years! Mike Jackson and Hector Cardona, who took the time to acknowledge his excellent efforts among their colleagues, had this to say about him:
“Fidel comes to work with a positive attitude daily and is always helping others before himself. He gets multiple jobs done while exceeding expectations. He keys in hundreds of UCF departmental packages, sorts thousands of letters and makes sure the mail is delivered to the correct department. He is a model of the type of employee we strive to have at UCF Postal Services.”
As USPS Employee of the Month, Aristotle received a $200 cash award, $25 from UCF Business Services and UCF Bookstore, his name in lights on the UCF campus marquee, an introduction to the President. He is now eligible for the USPS Employee of the Year $2,500 award, announced at the UCF Annual Awards Program.
