Who is eligible for FMLA Leave?

All employees are eligible to take FMLA Leave if they have worked for the University for at least 12 months (in the prior 7 years), have worked for at least 1,250 hours in the 12 months prior to the Leave start date, and work at a location with at least 50 employees within 75 miles of the worksite.
