Through interactive tools and facilitated sessions, teams gain insights into individual and collective strengths, communication styles, and behavioral dynamics. These experiences foster deeper connections, improve team cohesion, and elevate overall performance.
Please note that all Team Development offerings are fee-based.
Offerings include:
- DISC Behavioral Assessments: Focuses on understanding individual and team communication styles, behavioral tendencies, and how these impact collaboration. Ideal for improving interpersonal dynamics and reducing conflict through self-awareness and adaptability.
- Strengths Team Development: Focuses on identifying and leveraging each team member’s natural talents using CliftonStrengths. Ideal to help teams maximize performance by aligning tasks with individual strengths and recognizing their contributions.
- Team Development Retreat: An immersive in-person experience designed to build trust, enhance team cohesion, and align on goals. Retreats typically include a mix of facilitated discussions, team-building activities, and strategic planning sessions tailored to the team’s needs using DiSC and Strengths assessments.

To have a productive consultation with a team member it’s important that you consider the following:
- What specific performance behaviors are you observing?
- Clarify objectives (e.g., improving communication, building trust, planning for change)
- What problem is the facilitated session aiming to solve? More specifically, how do you envision the intended outcomes of the session addressing the problem?
- Are there any gaps or areas for improvement?
- What does success look like?

Designed to support team identity, collaboration, and alignment with UCF’s Talent Development approach.
