Performance Management

At UCF, performance management is more than an annual review; it’s a continuous process that supports employee growth, accountability, and alignment with university goals. Our approach emphasizes regular feedback, meaningful goal-setting, and collaborative conversations between employees and supervisors.

Effective performance management leads to employees who are empowered to work to their full potential, adapt to changing workplace demands, and contribute to a culture of excellence. Supervisors who complete the following four courses in an 18-month period earn a “Performance Management” certificate.
