Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

The Family and Medical Leave Act is a federal law that covers all UCF employees; it entitles UCF employees who meet certain eligibility requirements to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job protected leave per fiscal year for specified Medical and Family reasons. It also includes Military Family Leave for qualifying exigencies and Injured Service Member Care Leave.
