Project Updated 

We are now working on phase two of the project and will enter into phase three very soon.  The following items are in progress:

  • Developing job families
  • Developing job family groupings and definitions
  • Setting up a position description template and the position description collection tools
  • Developing the staff compensation philosophy
  • Creating draft career level definitions

Through each phase of the project, HR-Compensation will provide updates by way of the CPAG and through email updates, HR Liaison meetings, and in person meetings with the colleges and divisions.
