Florida Prepaid College Plan

The University of Central Florida supports employee participation in the Florida Prepaid College Plan by offering payroll deductions to cover premiums each month. The plan allows you to select from options with specific costs, payment schedules and benefits. Plans include two year, four year, and dormitory options.

Setting up your deductions is a simple process:

  1. Create your account here (or via telephone at 1-800-552-4723) and enroll your child in the appropriate plan.
  2. Once your enrollment application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation package from the program with the account numbers necessary to complete the Florida Pre-Paid College Plan Payroll Deduction Authorization form.
  3. Complete the form and return to the mailing address or fax number located on the form for processing. Please allow at least two pay periods for your new deduction to begin.

Note: UCF does not administer the program itself, and cannot answer specific questions about the plans. Please contact the Florida Pre-Paid College Plan office for more information.

Florida 529 Savings Plan

At this time, the University is not set up to process payroll deductions for the Florida 529 Savings Plan, also sponsored by the Florida Prepaid College Board. If you would like to set up this type of College Savings account, you may do so with the Florida Prepaid College Board, and use one of the other payment options such as pay by mail, online payments, or automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.
