A 32-hour series designed to help individuals develop their leadership skills in a personal
and professional manner. This series most benefits supervisors and other leaders who wish to expand
their leadership capabilities. The series does carry a one-time $50 materials fee, charged to the
participants' departments. This cost includes John Maxwell's "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership"
hardback book.
Effective leadership will be defined through a series of customized topics:
- Change Management: Learn about your ability to anticipate and respond effectively to
change. Develop 'change agent' skills that enable you to lead others in implementing actions.
- Situational Leadership: Establishing goals and objectives within a work team by using
the most appropriate leadership style for the situation and people involved.
- 21 Laws of Leadership: Discover John Maxwell's "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership"
through a thought-provoking video series.
