Work doesn't have to be a pain... at least not on your body. This class will provide guidance on proper ergonomic practices that will help maintain comfort- both in the office and on business travel. Learn how to properly set up your workstation for your specific need; no matter where that is. It will also focus on how to recognize early warning signs and how to prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
