OPS Employees

An OPS, or Other Personal Services, employee is a type of employee who is hired into an hourly or contracted temporary position without benefits.

OPS employees include:

Adjuncts: A contracted, or fixed bi-weekly, position that includes an Adjunct Faculty Agreement and an established job code.

Graduate Assistantships: A contracted, or fixed bi-weekly, position that requires employees to be enrolled in graduate-level courses at UCF and includes a Graduate Assistantship Contract.
