Program Goal
In an effort to provide better communication between our department
and yours, the HR Liaison Program was designed to assist your department
with HR procedures.
In the Fall of 2005, HR created an HR Liaison workshop for
employees (“liaisons”) that currently perform HR functions
for their department. The workshop provides a map to guide you through
the sometimes complicated HR business processes, as well as details
as to WHY the process is sometimes complicated.
A notebook (“toolkit”) of valuable information
including guides, checklists and resources are provided from all
offices within UCF Human Resources.
All attendees who complete the entire session are added to the
HR Liaison ListServ, an email group that is the first to receive
important HR-related announcements/updates. Click here
