The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) section strives to
provide the most up-to-date reference materials and training on the
university's information system, PeopleSoft. We currently offer the
following UCF Human Resources manuals (in pdf format) to help you
process and authorize your departmental payroll:
During the PeopleSoft SA/HR 8.9 Upgrade Project, HRIS recognized the
need for, and developed a focus group to review the delivered functionality
of the new system; to discuss how our current business practices can
be changed to allow use of the system, as delivered; and to provide
recommendations for enhancements to the system when changes in business
practices are not possible due to regulatory requirements. The focus
group, known as the Human Resources PeopleSoft
Advisory Group (HRPAG), is comprised of payroll processors and
payroll authorizers from each college/division.
