ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

• Assists campus faculty, staff, administrators and departments in linking individual, departmental, and college goals to the UCF mission, vision, goals and strategic plan


• Partners with other units and departments to co-create and co-facilitate programs, cultural change efforts, and process improvement interventions


• Performs departmental and individual assessments and employee climate surveys


• Consults in areas with people and/or process challenges


• Designs & facilitates departmental retreats, teambuilding and planning sessions
