On November 17, 2011, the University of Central Florida Board
of Trustees authorized a new program to assist eligible university
employees in same-sex domestic partnerships with paying for health
insurance.
In addition, UCF will consider such same-sex domestic partnerships
in Family Medical Leaves, Family Sick Leave and Bereavement Leave
policies and procedures. Supervisors and employees are asked to
contact Human Resources if they have questions about how these changes
impact requests for leaves.
