To access the PeopleSoft payroll module, designated department representatives must have security clearance. To establish, change, or terminate security access in PS, the department representative assigned to ePAF originator roles within the department must submit the HR Security Request eForm. Please refer to theĀ Initiating a Security Request Document for instructions on how to access and complete the eForm. Upon receipt of the eForm, HRIS and Computer Services & Telecommunications will establish access to the system for the requested role. Employees given payroll responsibility are expected to personally process or authorize the payroll. Delegation of this function to another employee subjects the owner of the UserID to disciplinary action, as governed by information security standards and policies.

If you have never accessed PeopleSoft, you will need to reset your NID password at the following link: http://mynid.ucf.edu. You may also contact the UCF Service Desk for assistance with logging into your account.
